Job Title : Professional Development Trainer

Status : Causal, less than 18 hours per week

Location : Fraser, MI. 48026

Salary : $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

CARE's WorkLife Solutions EAP has an immediate opening for a Professional Development Trainer to support the companies in our EAP program. The ideal candidate is proficient in public speaking. The Professional Development Trainer will support the development of staff across industries by providing on-site trainings throughout southeastern Michigan.

Description of responsibilities:

1. Effectively present designated professional development training to adults in the workplace.
2. Facilitate discussion and activities to increase learning and understanding.
3. Promote professional development.
4. Ensures assigned paperwork is completed and returned in accordance with CARE of SEM policy and procedures.

Required experience:

1. Strong presentation skills to large and small groups.
2. Must possess knowledge and understanding of Recovery Oriented System of Care and Trauma Informed Services.

Required skills / education:

1. A Bachelor degree or equivalent education/experience in related topic of presentation/training.
