Wenow hiring Warehouse Associates across multiple shifts with full-time positions available You'll join our team withbenefits starting from Day 1(more details below)andWEEKENDS OFFComplete your application and come see what makes Grainger a great place to work Flexible Shifts, Pay, and Benefits: Day shift: Monday - Friday (4x10 schedule so you would have one day off during the week) Available start times include 7:30am, 8:00am, 8:30am with expected finish times (6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm) Pay starting at $19.30/hr with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $20.50/hr + $1/hour for select powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage startsday one 18 paid time off days and paidcompany holidays 6% 401(k) company contribution each pay period Employee discounts, parental leave, and more Safety shoes provided Job Responsibilities Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team Job Requirements Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weight up to 50lbs, and may have to occasionally lift up to 75lbs Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical lifting assessment For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck Who We Are Grainger exists to keep the world working.
