Job Description

AIR Communities is hiring a Temporary Leasing Administrator/ Intern for our Philadelphia market! This position will be until September.

You will be working out of our Left Bank Apartments - 288 units in Philadelphia, PA! We are in University City with easy access to U Penn and Drexel University. Leasing Sales Consultant will have sales experience or an industry front-runner and influencer who delivers extraordinary customer experiences.

Our Leasing Teammates are top sales performers, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through the execution of AIR's sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.
  • Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.
  • Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.
  • Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.
  • Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.
Qualifications
  • PA Real Estate License (Recommended/ Not required)
  • At least 1 year of related sales and customer service experience in a fast paced service environment (ie, property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant etc.).
  • Must be familiar with setting/achieving goals with ability to follow a sales process
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • A reliable mode of transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
  • Expected pay rate of $15.27 - $20.00 + competitive commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
  • Base salary plus commission structure.
