**RANDYS Worldwide** **WA Warehouse Associate - Auto Parts Distribution 1K Hiring Manager** **RANDYS - Distribution - EVERETT, WA - Full Time** * Paid training * Competitive wages - Up to $22/hr. * Flexible schedules 4-10's, 5-8's am & PM shifts * 401K with Match * Generous Health Benefits Package * Hiring Incentives Up to $1,000 * Employee Referral Bonus up to $2,500 * **NEW -** Employee Equity Program * Organize all printed orders from the sales department that require shipping * Responsible for pulling parts orders * Responsible for replenishing shelves as needed * Box and prepare orders for shipment * Double check orders to ensure accuracy + Includes both small parcel shipments and large stock orders shipped via LTL + Backorder all components on stock orders + Communicate backorders to warehouse lead or supervisor as necessary * Process all orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS) system + Ensure ship-to, ship-via, and freight charges are correct on all orders * Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly * Load and unload trucks as necessary with a forklift and by hand * Monitor Inventory and accuracy * Perform other miscellaneous duties as required * Will conduct these responsibilities in a professional and timely manner * Ability to learn and effectively utilize company provided software for the management of materials within manufacturing facility including, tracking purchases, receipt of materials, and return or replacement items * Have a High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to lift 50 lbs. * Have general warehouse experience * Must have good attention to detail * Demonstrated focus on customer service and team building * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team * Basic computer proficiency with MS Office * Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift and experience working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments * Ability to safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment * Familiarity or experience with the use of TSP, Reach Truck, or order pickers * Must be able to work in an environment where air temperature varies due to outdoor weather changes (i.e. hot in summer, cold in winter). * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) Plan with Company Match * PTO/Vacation & Holiday Pay * Discounted Costco Membership * Other fun activities
