What You'll Be Doing...
We are currently looking to hire an Associate Broker to join the Orlando Capital Markets Retail Team. As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate at Cushman & Wakefield you will develop your career in Commercial Real Estate in a highly entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for business development, client advisory, and real estate transaction execution

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate business / brokerage preferred
  • Ability to procure and maintain real estate salesperson's license
Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and contact prospects
  • Update databases
  • Provide analytical support, gather relevant market data, prepare market surveys
  • Work with existing clients to market and lease commercial real estate properties including: providing tours, preparing, issuing and evaluating lease proposals, generating reports, preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis of transactions and preparing surveys and reviewing lease documents
  • Cold calling to prospect for new business
  • Advise clients on real estate strategies and options
  • Execute and complete real estate transactions
  • Interact with Marketing, Research and other departments and Service Lines, as needed
Physical Requirements
  • Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
  • May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
  • Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
  • Involves movement between departments, floors, and properties to facilitate work to include; conducting tours throughout the property/portfolio, usually performed by walking and/or climbing stairs
