As a Business Account Manager, you are the lynchpin between employers and job-seekers, focusing on creating win-win situations for both. You'll be at the heart of:

Account Management

• Collaborate seamlessly with local Workforce Partner teams
• Nurture business relationships through regular, meaningful engagement
• Address and resolve any employer concerns with finesse

Business Development

• Build and maintain impactful relationships with local and regional employers
• Decode employer needs and provide solution-oriented approaches
• Liaise between area businesses and Workforce Partner Team members

Local Marketing and Outreach

• Craft local marketing strategies that align with overall objectives
• Negotiate media placements and develop effective marketing materials

Tech-Savvy Management

• Oversee Salesforce database and report on activities

?? Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human services or business preferred (or 2 years of relevant experience)
• Account management, negotiation, and sales experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable transportation/valid driver's license (light regional travel required)
• Background check is a must
