Responsibilities

Completes approved maintenance for HVAC/R equipment within industry standard hours per maintenance pricing guide.
Identifies potential problems during maintenance/demand calls that might affect current or future system performance. Gives quote on any repairs needed or recommended & have customers sign off on decisions before performing work. Provides customers with information on new equipment when existing equipment exceeds 10 years of age or is in generally poor condition.
Presents findings and options to customers, providing advice as needed/requested. Provides customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, and other comfort improvements.
Fill out inventory sheet for front office to pull inventory re-stock and re-stock service vehicle each day.
Identifies and suggests opportunities for quality and cost improvements.
Maintains a clean equipment/work area. Maintains a clean and serviced company vehicle in accordance with company policy. Performs/assists with maintenance and service/repair work as needed.
Verifies correct operation of all maintained customer equipment. Demonstrates and provides training for customer, as requested.
Ensures complete customer satisfaction and/or salesperson/supervisor sign-off upon completion of work.

Requirements:

You should be aware that this job is physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods of time, lifting heavy objects on a regular basis, doing repetitive tasks, working outdoors in all types of weather, working with sometimes challenging clients, and working in tight or cramped spaces for long periods of time.

2 years experience
You must have your own hand tools and small drills
Standard Technician tools
EPA certified
Ability to lift 100 pounds
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Pass a drug and background check
Be proficient with technology
Willing to learn new processes and procedures
Have a neat, clean, and professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 �¢?? 60 per week

8 hour shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
On call
