Leasing Consultant- Direct Hire Location: Smyrna, GA Pay: $18-22/hr BOE with $200 bonus per new lease signed Schedule: must be available to work on weekends and have reliable transportation Our client is looking for you, an experienced Leasing Consultant who can hit the ground running and add value to their property.
What you get to do:
Conduct tours for potential tenants and finalize lease agreements, striving for a 25% closing rate based on overall traffic.
Prepare lease renewals for existing tenants.
Handle incoming calls professionally, ensuring timely follow-up with both prospective tenants and vendors.
What you need to succeed:
2-3 years of Leasing experience
Customer service skills
Initiative to complete all tasks efficiently
Reliable transportation
