Production Planning Finance Supervisor, MMX Finance and Operations

 

Position Overview

This role provides a unique opportunity to utilize an analytical skill set in the strategic development of operational/financial plans and production execution for the MMX Supply Chain network of DCs and 3PL Campuses.   

Responsibilities

  • Support reconciliation of open-to-ship dollars from Planning & Allocation into weekly distribution center production plans
  • Serve as a liaison to the DC network & Home Office business partners to support communication of ongoing production and merchandise needs.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance team's overall efficiency, depth of insight, accuracy, etc.
  • Execute the consolidation and validation of daily/weekly/monthly production/operational reports
  • Support the development of peak season production goals by distribution center and 3PL processing center sites
  • Collaboration with Manager(s) of Production Support in the execution of merchandise flow strategies
  • Collaboration with distribution center management team in creation of operational strategies to include estimating financial cost/savings impact.
  • Enhance supply chain visibility by performing and reviewing ad hoc financial analysis on operational initiatives and cost savings opportunities
  • Supervise HO interns or analysts as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an Operations, Finance or Merchandising related position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain and/or Operations Management
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel (macros, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.), Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities.
  • Highly organized, analytical thinker with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to positively influence results, deliver above expectations, and collaborate cross functionally.

This position has a starting salary range of $80,500 to $102,700 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
