DOD SkillBridge industry partner

 

Bayer is honored to collaborate with the Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge program, helping veterans transition to civilian careers. During the final 180 days of their service, military personnel can gain valuable corporate experience with Bayer, preparing them for new career opportunities.

Military leave

Bayer provides robust support to our military personnel and veterans, offering three types of Military Leave:

  • Annual military leave for reservist training or status maintenance
  • Temporary military leave for emergency service activation
  • Full-time military leave for extended emergency service activation

BRAVE Business Resource Group (BRG)

The BRAVE BRG at Bayer is dedicated to supporting veterans and their families. This group offers resources for transition assistance,
professional growth, and mentorship to both new and existing veteran employees.
