Put your years of experience into a future of excellence with CGI. CGI is seeking a DATC Instructor at our Ft. Huachuca, AZ location.
At a minimum, this will include developing, updating, and maintaining lesson plans, training materials, tests, student handouts, and critical task lists; providing TDC input; developing schedules and test training support packages; incorporating lessons learned into POIs; and recommending POI improvements based on approved Government doctrine and TTP.
Provide instruction based on the most current iteration of training which is subject to change based upon input from real world events and our executor?s approval.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of courseware for their assigned instructional discipline, practical exercise, demonstration, or Field Training Exercise (FTX) as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course material.
Assist in evaluation, counseling, and remedial training of SOC and DATC students. Analyze student performance in the course and recommend individualized training for improving student performance.
Assist in management and administrative support of practical exercises, demonstrations, and Field Training Exercises.
Assist in the development and execution of realistic training scenarios and exercises that support modules of the course. Design scenarios, roles, and exercises to adhere to government approved formats, to maximize student participation and to directly link to course material.
Adhere to realistic government approved roles, and remain in role throughout the designated exercise IAW with course SOP.
Evaluate student performance during platform, FTX and Final Evaluation training events in accordance with (IAW) government approved critical task list, POI and relevant Organizational SOPs (OSOP), policies and guidelines.
Deliver the government approved SOC and DATC POI (platform, operations training base/operations management team, practical exercise, field exercise, and evaluation phases) to the students as prescribed by the government and IAW HT-JCOE Instructor OSOP and course SOPs.
Assess performance of the students using government approved evaluation forms, matrixes, and rubrics and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Must be a graduate of at least 1 of the following: FTC, ASOT III, ASOC, or DATC, or an equivalent legacy course.
Must have 2 years experience conducting MSO at the Category 1 level or equivalent with a total of 6 years of source operations experience.
Must be physically capable of sustained walking without a break for five (5) miles over uneven ground.
Must maintain a valid civilian driver?s license.
Possession of an ACTIVE Secret security clearance is required to begin employment.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
