The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager will oversee a team of full-life-cycle recruiters, and provide strategic leadership to both direct and indirect team-members. This person will plan, align, and execute recruiting strategies for designated function(s) and/or manage large scale recruiting projects.
Consult with business partners and Human Resources partners to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that will effectively meet business objectives for all respective client function(s).
Develop, maintain, and effectively manage external recruiting resources
Employ various sourcing techniques and recruiting methods to attract top to meet the needs of the business.
Provide strategic recruiting expertise by keeping abreast of industry trends, best-in-class talent and dynamics affecting recruiting. Function as subject matter expert on all recruitment activities pertaining to area of responsibility.
Train, develop, manage and coach a team of recruiters. Work with direct reports to establish aligned goals and maintain a high degree of accountability for results.
Provide comprehensive recruitment support to respective hiring leaders. This can include developing optimum profiles, forecasting, diversity recruiting, staff planning, interview training, reporting and any other pertinent aspects of the staffing process.
Optimize both internal and external recruiting within our prescribed processes to ensure that the best diverse talent is being identified, recruited and selected.
Direct large-scale recruitment projects in a manner that ensures the effective selection of high quality new hires.
Partner effectively with the Talent Acquisition Management team – be a thought leader, execute Staffing AOP, and ensure continuity of progress on projects and initiatives.
Maintain diligence in accurate and timely metrics reporting for TA organization.
In conjunction with the recruiting analyst, analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights leading to continuous improvement recommendations.
Demonstrate ongoing fiscal rigor in evaluating and making recommendations for agency usage.
Ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with federal and company reporting requirements.
Must have 7+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience that includes a minimum of 2 years managing recruiters.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of recruiting processes, systems and employment law.
Prior experience developing and implementing recruiting plans and large-scale recruiting strategies is required.
Required experience in managing multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
Must be able to work in a team environment and consult in a highly effective manner with CAG executives, peers and subordinates.
Strong oral and written skills are required, as are strong interpersonal skills.
