The Flight Test Modification project analyst will support the Flight Test Assistant Program Manager (APM), IPT leadership, and program leadership to establish metrics and prepare schedules related to the re-configuration requirements of the CH-53K aircraft in support of test objectives in Pax River, MD. Specifically, the Flight Test Modification Project Analyst will be part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the CH-53K program, and will be contribute to the development, definition and management of the scope of all aircraft modification periods, schedule and budget associated with re-configurations of the development aircraft. This position will report programmatically to the Modification Project Lead of flight test as well as receive guidance from the Flight Test APM, Program Director, and Program Integrator. This position will interface with the CH-53K USG team on a daily basis and at times be asked to represent the LM program team with senior level customers.

This position will require utilization and understanding of earned value principles, as well as, the ability to engage with matrix organizations, including but not limited to, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Program Integration to execute the task on hand.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 4 year degree in Business, Engineering or Finance
Extensive knowledge of the CH-53K configuration and SIK build procedures

Desired skills
Minimum 4-5 years of Earned Value Management Experience
Experience on an ACAT 1 Full Earned Value criteria program is a plus
Having an active Secret or better security clearance is a plus

Ability to work and integrate with technical team members to understand all aspects of the product being developed/produced and the earned value implications.
