The selected candidate will report to the Director of Estimating, Planning & Cost Control and support other F&BO Directors and executive leadership. This job includes all aspects of running the Director's offices and assisting the Directors in supporting and managing their activities. The selected candidate must be able to maintain the strictest standards of confidentiality regarding any discussions, meetings, or activities. The Administrative Assistant will in many cases be the ?first face? of the F&BO executive staff and as such must possess a professional, welcoming personality. Specific responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following.
? Screen all incoming calls and visitors
? Set up meetings in Outlook and maintain the calendars by accepting or declining meeting invitations based on knowledge of upcoming events.
? Arrange travel, prepare Travel Requests and get requests approved by appropriate parties, obtain itinerary on-line (Concur).
? Process visitor requests for program guests.
? Generate program documents and provide electronic distribution of documentation.
? Organize meetings for both regularly scheduled business meetings and large staff meetings.
? Directly contribute to a highly motivated and functioning F&BO leadership team.

Basic Qualifications
The candidate must be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Travel Planning, and other standard company programs. The ideal candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments; should be a Self-starter able to work independently; should have Good attendance and work habits; should have the ability to maintain Vice President and Director's confidential/private records and information; should be able to handle more than one task at a time with accuracy; works well with all personality types and is calm when under pressure.

The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, should exhibit good job attendance and strong work habits, should be self motivating and inventive and should stick to all commitments. The candidate should be trustworthy and dependable. The candidate should courteous, professional, and respectful of others. should have an in-depth working knowledge of the standard Lockheed Martin office tools.
