Raytheon?s Space and Airborne Systems business, F-15 Programs is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the activities for the Secure Sensor Solution, F15 product line in beautiful El Segundo, CA. This individual must have extensive experience supporting multiple Directors and Program Managers. He/ she will be expected to demonstrate strong integrity, judgment, independence, organization and discretion.

This Professional Administrative assistant will be a critical member of the F-15 team who needs to be relied on to perform a wide variety of tasks. Interviews callers and makes proper referrals. Arranges meeting and appointment schedules, and conferences. Receives, refers and answers electronic and hardcopy mail. Utilizes office software applications and other office tools and equipment. Composes reports, correspondence and memorandums. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate spelling and grammar. Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Checks for work correctness.

Required Skills:

  • At least 4 years Administrative Assistant experience, with excellent customer service sills and advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
  • Experience in managing Outlook Calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, arranging travel, creating expense reports for staff and being able to compile and prepare data reports.
  • Experience setting up and working in SharePoint sites
  • Ability to work with internal and external customers, including visitor requests, and escorting
  • Self starter with ability to effectively function with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and must have sound judgment
  • Must be reliable, organized, flexible, detail oriented and work to meet deadlines
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate high standard of professionalism
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Ability to gain access to US only data systems is required
  • Ability to obtain DoD Security clearance is required

Desired Skills:
  • Ability to generate charts, tables, memoranda, reports, correspondence and other material with speed and accuracy.
  • Experience with International Travel, including Passport and Visa Processing and expense reporting.
  • Experience working with International Customer visit requests
  • Experience with coordinating and setting up complex meetings, including VTC
  • Approachable demeanor

Required Education: High School Diploma and at least 4 years of directly related experience.

This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
