ManTech is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our operations in Bremerton, WA.

General Responsibilities:

  • Calendaring and routing inquiries
  • Strong phone and in-person interpersonal skills
  • Help prepare presentations and necessary supporting documentation for meetings
  • Assist with coordinating events
  • Proofread, edit documents, and prepare emails as needed

Mandatory Skills Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Ability to draft, edit, and disseminate written reports and status updates
  • Ability to maintain relationships with customers with diverse needs
  • Skilled in listening to others and recognizing potential miscommunications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to assist wherever needed, and good multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to work across multiple branches
  • Tracking staff out of office, calendar, and daily “out sick” call-in for the department
  • Support the Department in writing and editing position descriptions
  • Tracking training, certifications, and Cyber Security Workforce
  • Helping update and maintain the Project Tracker
  • Support routing and staffing of taskers, SOPs, and written artifacts
  • Assist with procurements and obtaining quotes
  • Assist with compiling and editing of the ITPR
  • Active DoD SECRET security clearance
