*Job Summary
AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the Afghanistan - EAGLE contract for a Quality Auditor. Assists in developing and presenting quality related training programs/presentations. Ensures applicability of current quality policies, procedures and objectives by keeping informed of the latest updates/modifications to the contract. Provides assistants to departments/section as they achieve and sustain ISO 9001 standards. A quality champion by promoting, teaching, and presenting quality as a means for product improvement and efficiency. Assists Quality Management personnel to develop a surveillance program that produces effective feedback to the various work sites within this contract. Assists the Quality Management staff in the application of statistical process controls. Conducts audits and performs other administrative duties as required within the Quality Office. Conduct quality control checks of Synchronized Predeployment and Tracker (SPOT) web-based system. Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates an minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.

*Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years experience as a Quality Assurance Auditor required.
Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements maybe substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.
NACI /Tier 1 for US Citizens and PCC for Non US Citizens
Valid Drivers license required.
Must have knowledge of Quality Management Systems and initiatives required.
Must have excellent and effective presentation skills.
Must be able to influence without direct authority by building effective partnerships throughout the
organization.
Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must possess basic statistical skills.
Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
Must have high-level organizational and planning skills.
Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must have the English language speaking ability to speak the language with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and professional topics. Must be able to read standard newspaper items addressed to the general reader, routine correspondence, reports, and technical materials in the individual's special field.

*Preferred Qualifications
ISO 9001 Auditor Training Course Certificate is preferred.
Associates degree preferred.
