Position:  774-U.S. Navy Program Analyst Type:  Full Time Location:  Pearl Harbor, Hawaii

The Management/Program Analyst will assist with the development and tracking of program schedules in order to manage work and due dates in support of requirements development, product reviews, and training implementation in addition to the support of the development and review of individual training requirements as well as assist with program briefings and products. This position will also gather information and conduct analysis to support the development of RRL or individual training schedules. Additional job duties include conducing current and future risk assessments as well as providing briefs on alternatives to support senior leadership meetings. This position will also support the analysis on the impacts to Fleet and Type Commander readiness based on changes in individual training requirements and deployment of modernized training, in addition to the development of briefing material to support communication of requirements with senior leadership and the development and implementation of monthly tracking and reporting for execution of program resources.

Requirements

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree.
  • Years of experience – Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks - will have a minimum two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes.
  • Education Equivalency - Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program analysis. Concurrent with the required minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks - two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes.
  • Certifications None.
  • Skills / tools / programming competency / technical background – Microsoft Project, strong communications skills, decisive, focused, responsive in planning and completing tasks
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
