Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel

 

1. Plans, coordinates, and conducts training and related instructional programs for customer personnel.
2. Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
3. Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
4. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
5. May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.
6. Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
7. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
8. Participates in the development of collective training products as required.

8. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Participates in special projects as required.
1. Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command Information Systems training.
2. Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
3. Update Programs of Instruction.
4. Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.
5. Provide work leadership for lower level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs.

Qualifications:

1. Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs.
2. Expert knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter.
3. Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
