Responsibilities:
The Supplier Quality Program Lead for the Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Center of Excellence (COE) will ensure that customer expectations and end-user objectives are satisfied, leveraging a team of Mission Assurance and Quality professionals to ensure the successful integration and execution of Raytheon processes and procedures in support of the CCA business area including the following:
Material Master (ZMRs)
- Quality Flow Down
Quality Info Records Supplier QMS (CERTS)
– QSL Addition for IOT suppliers
ASL/QSL supplier blocksInspection Plans
- Critical for SM3 (Assign Flow)
Purchasing Authorizations (PAs)Purchase Order/Requisitions on HoldSupplier Exceptions
- Supplier Quality Hot Line Items
Aftermarket Purchases
- PAs, Certificate of Test Completion (COTC)
Preliminary Disposition Requests (PDRs)Q-note Updates
- QSL change requests (Originator and CCA approver for other areas)
Gold Embrittlement RCCA Team Procurement Assessment – 6L/7L
- Review Requirements process


Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain discipline Leadership skills to operate with minimal supervision, make decisions, communicate actions, set priorities and drive results
  • Experience in core Quality tasks (such as planning, control, improvement and Root Cause Corrective Action
  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Role model for Raytheon values and behaviorsExperience in DoD environment, especially as it pertains to supplying material to DOD contracts and the provisions of the FAR
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and principles of Quality Management Systems
  • General knowledge of aerospace / defense products and systems technologies
  • Raytheon Six Sigma Principal Specialist, Expert-in-Training or ExpertMS or MBA
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or a Technical Discipline.
