Sr. Specialist Program Management

KBR seeking to hire a temporary Sr. Specialist to support our Military Space division. This candidate will coordinate program requirements and monitor performance of the section. Maintains close liaison with technical and support personnel. Coordinates normal operational and administrative activities. Prepares the Personnel, Logistics, Training Unit Strength Report (USR) and Status Update for submission to United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command and Colorado Army National Guard State Headquarters. Job duties are as followed:

This is a full time temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

  • Participates in monthly Secure Video Teleconference (SVTC) presentations between 49th Missile Defense Battalion, 100th MD Brigade, and USASMDC. Recommends improvements in the operations processes.
  • Provides work assignments and schedules. Ensures plans, policies, and procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Ensures personnel have appropriate training. Provides direction and discipline to employees and is responsible for the evaluation of personnel performance and salary actions.
  • Experience with Unit Readiness tracking, reporting, forecasting, and with Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), or other like readiness system, a strong plus. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field with 5 years of experience. In lieu of formal education, 13 years of experience. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
  • TS/SCI clearance is required
