The Content Specialist shall support customers in their content management duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with customers to ensure that proper steps are taken by customers to update their content and troubleshoots any problems encountered by the customer in updating their content.
- Training and account management may be necessary in some cases.

Qualifications - Experience, Education and Licensure:
2-3+ years experience; English major, writing, editing, and working with DoD documents, DoD plain language requirement, CMSs, QA, Section 508 experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice tasking under high pressure situations.
- Thorough knowledge of planning, designing, developing and deploying websites including preparation of text, graphics, audio and video for web pages.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.
Additional Qualifying Factors:
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be eligible for security clearances.
