Job Summary

This role will be based in Naperville, IL, until corporate headquarters relocates to Chicago, and report directly to the VP of Pricing Strategy.   Oversees and leads the roll-out of a new Integrated Margin Management (IMM) capability that will synchronize Conagra’s procurement and pricing strategies.  Responsible for day to day management and future strategic vision of IMM program, along with two direct reports that will support in these efforts.  Regularly monitors and shares IMM performance metrics with upper management.  Coordinates company-wide analyses and recommended solutions that affect brand / commodity decisions.  Serves as subject matter expert for commodities and pricing impacts across total brand portfolio.  Champions the long-term strategic planning of IMM and subsequent impact on the organization. 


Position Responsibilities

  • Build and manage IMM capabilities across the company
  • Champion efforts to socialize IMM activities and share success stories (internally and externally) 
  • Lead projects focused on improving program infrastructure and enhancing capabilities
  • Serve as SME for commodities impacts on brand / company-wide financial performance
  • Oversee commodity / pricing interdependencies and issues resolution across brand teams
  • Set, monitor and hold others accountable for IMM performance metrics
  • Ensure monthly and exception-based IMM meetings align with program expectations
  • Manage all reporting efforts with key program stakeholders and upper management
  • Oversee the performance and professional development of direct reports

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
  • Strong oral, written, and analytical skills
  • Strong pricing background and some experience with commodities and / or financial markets preferred
  • Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • 5+ years consumer products, pricing and / or procurement experience
  • Experience in and / or exposure to S&OP process and procedures, customer planning and / or supply planning
  • Knowledge of IRI and / or procurement software solutions (e.g., RightAngle) preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools
