This position is for a Principal Electrical Engineer with experience in Technical lead and Project management of RF sub-systems.
Work areas include
The applicant will take a leadership role for design teams and provide technical oversight to the team members
The applicant will also lead programs in the capacity of Tier 1 or Tier II IPTL (Integrated Project Team Lead) and execute programs to meet program specifications within allocated cost and schedule
Prepare and manage man-power loading across the period of performance
Lead design performance & cost trade-offs
Provide supplier and sub-contract management and oversight
Report weekly EVMS and analyze EVMS to evaluate performance of the program and take necessary actions to keep program within cost & schedule while identifying and mitigating program risks
Lead proposal activities and provide cost estimates for future programs
Work with program manager and functional management to align staffing needs with appropriation of assignments
Prepare and present Program Performance, Variance analysis, Estimate of cost to complete and other reports for periodic meetings
Lead design reviews, team meetings, program and customer meetings as needed
Candidate should have strong leadership and be able to effectively manage technical staff for successful execution of programs, while maintaining and developing positive team dynamics
Applicant should have the following Skills
Minimum (8) years of experience in the areas of RF circuit and sub-system design, technical leadership, project leadership and successful execution of programs
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance with an SSBI as of day one of employment
U.S. Citizenship and ability to access US only data systems.
Front line leadership training
Required Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or Related Technical field
