The F-16 Modular Mission Computer (MMC) Development Program Manager reports to the Director of Airborne Processors within Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS).
Airborne Processors has an immediate opportunity for a Sr Program Manager to lead a suite of F-16 Modular Mission Computer (MMC) Development programs, including MMC Singapore, MMC Korea, MMC USAF upgrade (MMCU), and 15-20 additional country programs totaling over $30M in annual sales for 2018 and projected growth of $142M over the next 5 years. These programs are enabling unique mission capabilities to a product baseline architecture started with the MMC Taiwan Program in 2012 and is now proliferating to an international refresh of the F-16 fleets. The MMCU represents a unique variant where Raytheon is the Prime to the U.S. Air Force, and is working with USAF to not only design, develop, test, and integrate Raytheon hardware, firmware, and SW; but, is also responsible for assisting the U.S. government in re-hosting the F-16 Operational Flight Program (OFP) onto the upgraded Raytheon mission computer.
This individual will be responsible for all F-16 MMC development programs including meeting financial, program management and customer requirements; as well as develop and implement a solid growth strategy to capture new business. This role must build and maintain strong customer relationships, both internal and external to Raytheon. This position will be responsible for improving program schedules to reduce impact to customer’s critical path while maintaining aggressive cost goals on FFP development programs.
