Hours are 7:00 am-3:30 pm, with after-hours (overtime) pick-up/drop off required several times each week. Ensure all material received is sorted by correct office for delivery. Ensure address is properly displayed and in correct format. Transport/deliver materials. Validate materials against tracking numbers and confirm if address is part of the run. Follow all customer SOP's to accurately scan and track checkpoint material and signatures at final delivery. Follow SOP's to sync mail room scanners. Perform hard copy archive after electronic version is uploaded. Responsible for driving a box truck, clean driving record needed.
