This position provides Task Order document management, communication, and website maintenance support to multiple contracts as a member of the Contract Transaction Support (CTS) team and Program Management Office (PMO). The individual will be responsible to independently perform and execute several duties, will be a team contributor on assigned tasks, and will evaluate, select and apply specialized knowledge to achieve task completion. The individual will interface directly with our external customers (e.g. NASA, DoD) and internal customers (e.g. technical, contracts and procurement, business operations/finance). The majority of the work is performed and stored electronically. The position requires the use of discretion and confidentiality in all areas.

Assist with maintaining, posting, filing, and archiving Task Requests, Task Orders and other associated documentation on SharePoint

  • Assist with creating and maintaining file structures on SharePoint to required specifications for the CTS team and other departments as required
  • Assist with technical editing to documents for example but not limited to: task orders/plans, and statement of works (SOW)
  • Review all final electronic documents and task order packages prior to submission for accuracy and completion of all required documentation.i.e. Quality Control prior to electronic deliver to NASA
  • Create task order process communications in advance for immediate use when required
  • Assist with collecting and reporting transaction metrics
  • Prepare for, report at, and participate in internal and customer status meetings
  • Assist with creating, maintaining, and managing permission requirements on SharePoint sites
  • Provide customer service focused Share Point “help desk” assistance with all electronic transactions related to Task Order processing
  • Provide “troubleshooting” assistance to all customers, internal and external.
  • Communicate and work with KBR IT to resolve any issues with electronic transactions
  • Responsible for departmental Training Coordinator duties as defined by KBR Safety
  • Edit and maintain departmental ISO work instructions as defined by KBR Quality
  • Prepare for and participate in ISO audits of all Task Order documentation
  • Manage and prioritize daily duties, incoming email, and contract deliverables such that deadlines are met and customers are answered in a timely manner
  • Provide backup duties for the Program Management Office as required
  • Process incoming correspondence
  • Handle/manage incoming calls/requests
  • Enter and track purchase requisitions
  • Attend Community of Practice: Admins
  • Participate in a Safety Committee
  • Perform other assignments and duties as assigned, i.e. general office clerical support and back-up/surge response
  • A professional demeanor to be reflected in all aspects of the job including interactions with coworkers, customers, other business, and the public in general
  • Use of discretion and confidentiality



  1. Required:
  • High School Graduate plus 1 – 3 years experience in a professional office environment
  1. Desired:
  • Administrative skills associated with NASA or Federal Contracting
  • Document management experience
  • Experience handling sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Customer service and communication skills?


  1. Required:
  • Intermediate level or above skills/experience with Microsoft Office products (may be evaluated during interview)
  1. Desired:
  • SharePoint user knowledge
  • SharePoint file management and site permission management
  • Task order transaction process management
