***FULL-TIME / TEMPORARY POSITION**

Serve as a Senior-Level Training and Development Specialist in support of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collector (35M) training conducted at the USAICoE, Ft. Huachuca, AZ. Provide service as a full time instructor/training developer in order to instruct, develop and update training products and materials to meet current and emerging HUMINT training requirements. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Training interrogation of enemy prisoners of war and/or unlawful/unprivileged combatants
  • Training Military Source Operations
  • Training Debriefing Operations
  • Training to perform as-needed analysis and preparing appropriate intelligence reports
  • Act as Group Leader or Assistant Group Leader
  • Grade/Assess a variety of intelligence reports in order to provide timely and accurate feedback to students with a focus on individual learning and development
  • Administer and participate in student testing to ensure comprehensive understanding and progress in learning
  • Conduct platform instruction
  • Create and develop lesson plans with a focus on incorporating TRADOC, U.S. Army, and U.S. Government policies, tactics, techniques, and procedures
  • Accurately and convincingly portray HUMINT sources in a variety of role playing scenarios, settings and environments. Should be able to walk up to six miles per day

Required Skills:
  • Must possess a minimum of a DoD Interim Secret clearance on the first day of employment with the ability to obtain and maintain TSSCI.
  • Must have 4-6 years’ experience in a 97E/351E/35M/351M billet, excluding drill sergeant or recruiting operations.
  • Must be knowledgeable in DOD and Intelligence Community organizations, structure, missions, and functions, or have served as a HUMINT Trainer at USAICoE for at least 12 months upon date of hire.
  • Previous experience as a HUMINT collector in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, or equivalent experience in another theater of operations is preferred.
  • Must be familiar with adult learning and critical thinking models, specifically those related to student-centric education and problem-based/experiential learning models, as well as outcomes-based training and education.
  • Experience in classroom management and the Discussion, Conference, and Integrated methods of instruction, as well as the ADDIE model of instructional design, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Must be able to use the following software programs to perform requirements that use office automation: Windows 10, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Desired Skills:
ABIC/ITC Certified (or service equivalent).

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Education, Political Science, Psychology, International Relations, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Security Management or equivalent discipline. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
